When the temporary crown chipped off prematurely, he had the laboratory expedite the permanent crown, came to his Newport Beach office only for me and placed it the same day. I live in Gardena and had been to an Irvine dentist for over 6 years and finally broke the relationship with my dentist there over malpractice and poor workmanship (IMD for short if you could tell the name of the office, M stands for modern.) Do not trust the office via the name they made for their office. I found Dr. Steven Okamoto and really like discover a hidden treasure. Dr. Okamoto is more than a kind human being. He is sincere, down to earth with a sense of humor, very decent in character plus extremely knowledgeable in his profession. I came to him for the crown on my wife's implant. He is very passionate in his works, commending total confidence and perfection. His works is very meticulous, thorough and professional. Izumi the assistant is also extremely kind, caring and very attentive to details. I am very happy with the office staff since they are also very accommodating, patient like the doctors and kind.
